Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date.
During the holiday season (November–December), this window is automatically extended to 60 days to make gifting easy and worry-free.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

Whenever possible, please return them in the original PLAYIAMO packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer free exchanges for a different size or color (U.S. orders only).
If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit equal to the original purchase amount.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

PLAYIAMO does not cover return shipping for international orders at this time.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@playiamo.net with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

Our team will guide you through each step and, if applicable, send you a prepaid return label.

Drop your package at the nearest USPS location.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@playiamo.net.
Include your order number and a few photos — we’ll take care of it right away.
